Mast mounted complete transformer substation (MCTS)

Complete transformer substation of mast type for voltage of 6 or 10 kV AC 50 Hz, connected to the power line through a disconnector mounted on a pole. The set includes a power transformer platform, a switchgear, a high-voltage switchgear (HVS) (busbar and high-voltage fuse block). A bracket with high-voltage support insulators, a bushings unit, bushing insulators, a bracket of pin insulators and glands for the outlet of 0.4 kV cables are installed on the roof of the HVD.

It is possible to install a reactive power compensation system, network monitoring
Optional installation of outdoor lighting control panels

The frame is made of a 3 mm thick welded metal profile, and all outer walls are made of 2 mm thick sheet metal with a coating that provides corrosion resistance. Complete transformer substation of M1 series is available in 2 variants of overall dimensions.

In the production of the Complete transformer substation enclosure, the metal sheets were processed through high performance and precision machine tools, a billeting section, a welding section, a painting shop, and a mechanical assembly shop.

The casing is painted with a pentephthalic or polyurethane coating with a double layer of primer, which provides high anti-corrosion protection. The design of the substation takes into account the criteria of service life, moisture resistance, fire safety and structural strength

The power transformer is installed openly on the site and has a casing to protect it from accidental contact with live parts and weather factors. It is used to power rural facilities, gas stations, and small farms. The lower welded frame is installed on a pedestal (solid foundation blocks or Unified support posts (USP)). Complete transformer substation 1M is commonly known as a “farm cart”.
